BookPeople hosted indie rock royalty on Zoom last week. If you missed out, now’s your chance to catch up and re-live the fun!
Last week was one for the books in terms of virtual events, and we’re pleased to highlight one of our favorites here! It was a night of indie rock stardom when Michelle Zauner (Japanese Breakfast) and Lucy Dacus joined us on Zoom for a conversation about Zauner’s new memoir Crying in H Mart. Zauner expounded on the process of writing the book, grief, and the music that carried her through it all. The chat was poppin’ and the Q&A was everything, bringing the energy we’ve been missing from in-person author events.
You can re-watch their conversation now on our Facebook page! And be sure to grab your own copy of Crying in H Mart (if you haven’t already) from BookPeople.
More virtual events like this one can be found on BookPeople’s Facebook page. If Facebook isn’t your thing, that’s okay—they are available for viewing without an account!
