Ransom Riggs joins us for this latest installment of The BookPeople Podcast! The bestselling author of the wildly successful Miss Peregrine series stopped by the store last month with a bevy of goodies and a tricked out van emblazoned with the book’s cover art. For the event proper, he discussed the fifth installment of the saga, The Conference of the Birds and took a few prepared questions from the audience.
And as an extra special bonus (you’ll hear the gasps and cheering from the audience) he was joined by his wife and bestselling author, Tahereh Mafi. The two’s natural chemistry comes through as they dive into the origins of Riggs’ latest, dote on each other’s writing, and imparts a few lesson on writing.
