Gregory is BookPeople’s Operations Manager, keeping the store afloat and the team going strong. How long have you worked at BookPeople? 

Seven years, maybe…

What is your favorite thing about working here?

My colleagues. The best damn booksellers on the planet!

What five fictional characters would you invite to a dinner party? 

Doc Sportello, Monsieur Hulot , WARHORSE, Divine, and Nick & Nora Charles

What book will you continue to reread throughout your life? 

A Cook’s Tour by Anthony Bourdain

What is something that is guaranteed to make you laugh? 

My wife, Jan!

Who’s the most exciting person you’ve met through BookPeople? 

Jewell Parker Rhodes. One of the sweetest, coolest, most welcoming people I have ever met. 

You have a time machine and one week to spend in any historical era. Where/when would you go?

What are you watching on Netflix right now? 

I’m not a Netflix guy, but if we’re talking streaming, I’m watching The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs!
