I absolutely loved this sequel! Whereas Three Dark Crowns began a little on the slower side before picking up speed, One Dark Throne hit the ground running. I was hooked from the first chapter, and read the entire thing in one day. There were so many plot twists and surprises that it kept me guessing until the very last page! It was intriguing to see how the characters grew and changed in this book. Honestly, at this point I have no idea who I’m rooting for to win; I love all three of them! Blake has allowed all the characters to capture my heart with every chapter. I would definitely recommend reading both Three Dark Crowns and One Dark Throne if you’re in the mood for a darker fantasy story!
