The Austin Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators is sending out a call to all Texas authors and illustrators to help rebuild the Bastrop Public Library, which sadly lost a tremendous number of books in this summer’s wildfire. Between now and December 8th, they’re taking donations from authors and illustrators of all kinds of children’s books – from picture books to YA literature – to donate to the Bastrop Public Library as it rebuilds.
