What could it all mean? That once again, Lemony Snicket failed to appear at BookPeople, and instead we had to have a perfectly awful time with an accordion-playing Daniel Handler who read from Snicket’s new book Who Could That Be at This Hour? And that there was a candy tree, courtesy of the magic elves at Big Top Candy Shop.
