Brand new on the shelves today: Wards of Faerie: The Dark Legacy of Shannara by the one and only Terry Brooks! This seems like a fine time to remind all of you fine folks that Mr. Brooks will be here at BookPeople in exactly one week, Tuesday, August 28 at 7p, to speak about & sign copies of the new book.
If you’re planning to come down and meet this master of the fantasy genre, here’s the info you need to know:
*The speaking portion of this event is free and open to the public.
*Wristbands are required for the signing portion of this event and are available only with the purchase of a copy of Wards of Faerie: The Dark Legacy of Shannara from BookPeople.
*We will begin distributing wristbands on our second floor at 6p the evening of the event. If you buy your book in advance of the event, hold on to the receipt and present it at the event. Wristbands are grouped by color. After Mr. Brooks speaks, we’ll call people up to have their books signed according to wristband color.
*Other Terry Brooks titles may be signed at this event, however a copy of Wards of Faerie must still be purchased in order to receive a wristband and join the signing line.
