This fall, we are honored to welcome legendary author Lois Lowry to BookPeople to speak about and sign the final book in The Giver quartet, Son. Mark your calendars: Monday, October 15 at 6p.
The Giver earned a Newbery Medal in 1994, is a staple on school reading lists across the country, and is absolutely one of our most beloved classic novels. It is the first book in a quartet that includes Gathering Blue, Messenger, and the forthcoming finale, Son.

The speaking portion of this event is free and open to the public. Tickets are required for the signing portion of this event and are available only with the purchase of a copy of Son from BookPeople. Books and tickets will be available on October 2nd, which is the same day the book goes on sale.
You can pre-order a copy of Son via our website now to reserve a book and a ticket for the signing line. Books and tickets will not be available for pick up until October 2nd.
