What Our Teens Are Reading

Next Thursday, two great authors, Veronica Rossi and Tahereh Mafi,  will be joining us in the store as part of the Pitch Dark : Dark Days event.  This past week a couple of our teens read and reviewed Veronica Rossi’s book, Under the Never Sky.  Here’s what they’ve been saying:

Veronica Rossi did an amazing job with Under the Never Sky. It was the kind of book that you couldn’t put down, and didn’t want to put down. A dystopian book that was a major hit with me!

Veronica did a great job with keeping the reader entertained. She kept us focus and intent on the story. It might’ve started off a little slow, but it gradually grew and made me fall in love with the story! Everything about it was simply amazing. The new technology was explained and it helped you understand the book better!

I loved this book. It was a good read that wasn’t cheesy or overinflated. Be warned, though; its a cliffhanger! If you can’t stand the suspense, don’t read this book because it left a lot of loose ends that I’m sure will be followed in future books.

And so you can meet Veronica Rossi, be sure to come to BookPeople next Thursday at 7PM to get your book signed and hear Veronica and Tahereh speak.  For more information on the event, click here.
