Last weekend the annual Austin Teen Book Festival was amazing. Over 2500 people poured into the Palmer Events Center to listen to some wonderful authors talk and get their books signed. I know that we had crazy lines all day at the onsite bookstore. (It was so crazy, we’re going to revamp how we do sales next year — like having twice as many registers to check people out for starters!)
However, if you weren’t able to hang around for the signings, do not despair! We have some signed stock that you can run into the store and pick up. Some of our favorites include:
The conclusion to Westerfield’s great steampunk trilogy. I love the satisfying way he wraps everything up, yet I would still like to read a fourth book! For Hayden’s review, click here.
Levithan’s latest book doesn’t disappoint. A twisted difficult psychological tale told in stream-of-consciousness. For Willa’s review, click here.
The sequel to Maureen Johnson’s hit, Thirteen Little Blue Envelopes, this book lets you know what happened to that last envelope. For Erin’s review, click here.
