We’re big Shel Silverstein fans around here, so we’re really looking forward to Everything On It, the brand new collection of never-before-published Silverstein poems and illustrations that goes on sale next month (September 20th – such a long wait!)
Indeed, we are impatient to read this book, so impatient that we’ve been digging back through all of our old Silverstein favorites. But there’s this thing that happens when you read Shel Silverstein; one moment the words are skipping happily along in your head, quiet as they can be, and the next they’re tumbling out of your mouth to cause a ruckus in the rest of the world!
And then we’ve discovered that this other thing happens when you’re reading Shel Silverstein and you have a flip cam lying around. You start recording.
