Teen Review: Die For Me

Tonight the Dark Days of the Supernatural Teen Book Tour hits town, and I for one, cannot wait to meet all of the great authors that are coming. Included on the panel are Veronica Roth (we reviewed Divergent last week), Ellen Schreiber, Aprilynne Pike, Tara Hudson, and Amy Plum.  The authors will be speaking on a panel at 7, and then they will sign books afterwards.

And one of those books you can get signed is Die For Me by Amy Plum. Here’s what some of our teens have been saying about it:

Die For Me
by Amy Plum

Die for Me is a thrilling romance about a heart-broken teenage girl who has to move to Paris and rebuild her life after the tragic death of her parents. While there, she meets a mysterious boy who will turn her world upside down. With non-stop twists and turns, this story will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions.”

Die For Me was very different from other books about supernatural teenagers.  It was different from what I’d read before. I came to like the characters, I liked the way they interacted with each other. I also thought it was interesting that the author incorporated another language (French) into the book. This book had romance and action.  Kate was a strong character, she was in love but she wasn’t a cry-baby. The best part was that the girl was the hero in this book, not the guy.”
