Last week our teens told you about Divergent and tomorrow they’ll discus Die For Me, but today I thought I’d take the opportunity to tell you about the authors themselves.

Ellen Schreiber (VAMPIRE KISSES 8) Ellen is the author of many teen novels, including ONCE IN A FULL MOON, MAGIC OF THE MOONLIGHT, the New York times bestselling Vampire Kisses series, and the bestselling manga series Vampire Kisses: Blood Relatives. Aprilynne Pike (ILLUSIONS) Aprilynne has been spinning faerie stories since she was a child with a hyper-active imagination. The author of the #1 New York Times bestseller WINGS and its bestselling sequels SPELLS and ILLUSIONS, Aprilynne currently lives with her husband and children in Phoenix, Arizona. Veronica Roth (DIVERGENT) Veronica is a recent graduate of Northwestern University’s Creative Writing program. While a student, she often chose to work on the story that would become DIVERGENT instead of doing her homework. It was a transforming choice. Now a full-time writer, Ms. Roth lives near Chicago. Tara Hudson (HEREAFTER) Tara is a young attorney in Oklahoma, where she lives with her husband, son, and a menagerie of ill-behaved pets. Amy Plum (DIE FOR ME) Amy spent her childhood in Birmingham, Alabama, her twenties in Chicago and Paris, and several more years in London and New York. Fed up with moving, she has settled down in the Loire Valley with her handsome French husband, two young children, and big red dog Ella.
